Replacing unused lawns to save water is easy. Designing a new water-efficient landscape you'll love, is tricky. Thankfully, we have partnered with our friends at San Diego County Water Authority to deliver you in-person classes on WaterSmart landscape design.
We are hosting the first of 5 classes in the series called "Plan Ahead: Understanding Soil and Site Assessments." This workshop will introduce you to the steps needed to turn water-thirsty turf into a beautiful and sustainable landscape that is climate-appropriate and will thrive in our region. Our landscape expert will show you the steps required to rethink, redesign and renovate your landscape with a focus on site assessments, base sheet development and understanding the important role of healthy soil in a successful landscape.
Participants who attend all 5 classes will be able to get professional help from a landscape designer.
