Board meetings are open to the public and customers are encouraged to attend. You can currently attend regular board meetings in person or on Zoom.com -- the meeting link, ID and password are displayed on the cover page of the meeting agenda.
Regular board meetings are at 3 p.m. on the first, third and fourth Wednesday of the month. Meetings are held at Helix's administration office at 7811 University Avenue in La Mesa.
Public comment is an opportunity to speak to the board or bring an issue to their attention, and it is the first item on each meeting agenda.
Helix Water District guarantees its programs, services and activities are accessible to people with disabilities.
