5 ways to pay your bill

ONLINE (single transaction)
Select this option if you would like to have an amount you designate deducted from your bank account and provided to Helix Water District to be applied to your current balance.

CREDIT CARD (single transaction)
This option is available 24 hours a day. If you would like to pay your water bill with a major credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express), CALL 1-866-721-8294. This process is accomplished by a third-party vendor and an additional charge of $5.45 applies. No receipts are given for credit card transactions, but an authorization code will be provided for customers to track their payments.

AUTOPAY (automatic bi-monthly deduction)
Select this option if you would like your bi-monthly bill deducted automatically from your checking account. With this service, you still will get your Helix statement in the mail, but there will be no need to write a check. You must complete an application to sign up for this program.

TRADITIONAL MAIL
With this option, you send a check or money order and your bill stub in an envelope though the U.S. Postal Service to Helix Water District at 7811 University Ave., La Mesa, CA 91942. Be sure to affix the proper postage.

IN PERSON
You may bring your bill and payment to our administration office at 7811 University Ave., La Mesa, CA 91942, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Although the District has other facilities around East County, payments only are accepted at our admin building in La Mesa during the hours specified above. (Credit cards are NOT accepted at the admin office.) Also, we have a drop box located in our customer parking lot, which is accessible 24 hours a day.
