Richard A. Kramer granted motions to allow discovery

GM Mark Weston to retire Jan.31 |

10 years as general manager of Helix Water District,
Mark Weston will retire Jan. 31. Weston spent three
years as Helixs director of engineering before
becoming GM. He has 38 years' experience in water, wastewater,
