jjVisit The Water Conservation Garden

The Water Conservation Garden, a joint venture of Helix Water District, Otay water District, Padre Dam Municipal Water District, Cuyamaca College, San Diego County Water Authority, and the City of San Diego, continues to be an effective illustration of water conservation and an outstanding example of xeriscape landscape architecture.
