films that can be checked out. These films and videos
cover a wide variety of water-related topics and range
from lower-elementary level all the way up to adult level.

(Sunset Films) This video is for adults. It presents
helpful hints for planning your landscape, improving
your soil, and choosing the proper plants for your yard.

Water Story is appropriate for all ages. This video
is about the history of California. It shows how water
has been transported to California's cities and farms

Resources) This video is appropriate for grades 9-12,
adult. This video has excellent footage of aqueducts,
reservoirs, pumping plants, and the Delta. It shows
a variety of water professionals on the job, and is

Water, Clear Choices:
(National Association of Conservation Districts) Striking
visuals of non-point source pollution explain water
quality problems and suggest solutions for both urban
and rural areas. Current information for high school

video that shows the quantities of water needed for
everyday use. This video presents water experiments

the completed project and how it will improve the water

California's water distribution system, with emphasis
on the aqueducts and problems with the Bay-Delta area.
